No returns on custom or personalized items.Â
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly within 48 hours via email at marketplacebyapd@gmail.com
We always strive to provide perfect, mistake free products, but we're all human, if a mistake should happen, please let us know, and give us the opportunity to resolve it.
If your item arrives damaged, when emailing, please detail the damage and provide photos of the outside of the packaging, as well as the product from different angles, and we will proceed from there.
No refunds or exchanges will be made if photos are not sent and package is not returned.Â
